Cake Batter Blondies

Brownie and cake texture come together in these Cake Batter Blondies, a sweet treat loaded with sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  • 1 box funfetti cake mix
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅓ cup non-dairy (or cow's) milk
  • Generous ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles, to garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 square baking pan; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, vegetable oil, egg and milk. Slowly pour in milk and combine (thick batter is good). Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread batter in the prepared pan, adding sprinkles and extra chocolate chips to the top. Bake 30 minutes, loosely covering with tin foil after 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
